and philosophies. As a director, he combines his unsurpassed
management skills and know-how for directing a team to

technologies. He currently inspects many of Sahajanand
Medical Technologies Pvt. Ltd.’s important activities and
oversees numerous aspects of the day-to-day business
operations. He oversees all aspects of the company and
managing technologies, research & development and

Mr. Rahul Gaywala is currently the Executive Director of Sahajanand Medical Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Gaywala joined Sahajanand Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a Sahajanand Group company in 1993 as EDP Manager, and later progressed up the ladder first as the IT Head and then as the CEO of Sahajanand Technologies Pvt. Ltd. In addition to multi-disciplinary engineering expertise, he brings in with him over 20 years of rich experience in innovation and new product development. |

Director – Interventional Cardiology, Mahavir Heart
Institute, Surat. He has done his MD from University of
Bombay and DM (Cardiology) from University of Bombay. He
received fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at Sydney
University. He took his training at Washington as well at
Alabama, USA. He won gold medals, distinctions, prizes &
scholarships during academic career. |

diagnostic cardiac catheterizations, coronary angioplasties,
as well coronary stenting. He has expertise many other
fields like rotational atherectomy, itracoronary doppler,
pacemaker implantations, diagnostic EP studies. |

publications & abstracts in international & national
journals, presented papers in major International meetings
and received two best awards in electrocardiology. He
participated in live demonstrations as course director in
Muscut interventional meeting, angioplasty workshop in

Excellence in the field of medicine”. |

Jayanti Vaghasia is the Director – Admin and Finance of Sahajanand Medical Technologies Pvt. Ltd. He began his career with the Sahajanand Group of companies in 1994, handling company accounts and has risen through the ranks by positive contribution to the growth of the Sahajanand Group. |

He holds an MBA in Finance Management. He is in service of SMTPL since 2009 and handles the Finance and Administration departments. His proactive action in Financial Planning, and strategic planning in Administrative and Purchase department of the company have resulted in substantial cost savings and improved margins for the company. He also deals with Export & Import Strategy for Sahajanand. |
