CAREER > PEOPLE
The organization's culture is partially the outward demonstration of the values currently existing in the workplace. It's a trend to promote the culture which makes the employees motivated, happy and this ultimately gets reflected in their productivity.
The challenge at work is to create an environment in which people are motivated about work priorities. It's a balancing act. Employers need to chalk down a fine line between meeting the needs of the organization and its customers and meeting the needs of its internal staff. They need to bridge both of them and also flourish in an environment. This needs to identify and tap into the intrinsic motivation of each Personnel.
We, Sahajanand Medical Technologies Pvt. Ltd., believe that the employees are the valuable assets of the company and we encourage them to innovate and explore their potential. Every employee is encouraged to have an inbuilt aptitude and a fire within them to climb up the ladder of success. We have our marketing offices all over India and it is a great challenge for us to infuse a common culture among people with such diversity.
We believe in team-work by creating a chain, which is based on the values and morals of our company, which will add to the department's accomplishments and ultimately the company's achievements. We organize meeting which serves as a platform to develop and articulate shared organizational values. The training is planned for the employees and it is executed by the departmental heads or renowned personnel from the industry. This helps to enhance the skills of the personnel. Also at times the competence evaluation is done after the training. We try to transform the mindset of the personnel from 'I' to 'WE'.
